Put Quorum to work in a real strata environment.
Phase4 Solutions is preparing to expand controlled pilot use of Quorum with selected strata corporations and property management organizations, targeted for Q1 2027.
Pilot participants will use agreed Quorum capabilities in real operating workflows while working directly with Phase4 on implementation, validation and product feedback.
Pilot participation will be limited and individually scoped.
A pilot is not a conventional software trial.
Each pilot establishes the corporation, participants, capabilities, workflows, implementation approach and validation criteria before operational use begins.
Real workflows reveal what test environments cannot.
The next stage is to validate Quorum within real corporations, operating practices and user experiences while maintaining a controlled scope.
Implementation
Validate whether a corporation can be configured accurately and efficiently for the agreed workflows.
Workflow fit
Confirm that Quorum supports how the work needs to be performed in an operating environment.
Usability
Evaluate whether administrators, chairs, council members and owners can use their respective experiences effectively.
Reliability
Exercise agreed workflows under real operating conditions and identify unexpected states.
Operational support
Validate how Phase4 identifies, classifies, investigates and resolves pilot issues.
Product assumptions
Use operational evidence to challenge or confirm assumptions made during design and development.
Bring a real governance workflow.
Suitable candidates are corporations willing to work directly with Phase4 on implementation and structured validation.
- Identifiable council or administrative participants.
- A willingness to adopt defined digital workflows.
- Accurate source information for configuration.
- Availability for readiness and review activities.
- An upcoming AGM or SGM can provide a particularly useful validation opportunity.
Start with selected corporations.
Property management pilots are intended to evaluate repeatable workflows without placing an entire portfolio into pilot scope at once.
- Nominate one or a small number of client corporations initially.
- Provide staff participation for implementation and review.
- Compare Quorum workflows with current operating processes.
- Evaluate consistency, continuity and owner interaction.
- Expand scope only after the initial workflows have been reviewed.
Start with the workflows that matter.
Pilot does not mean turning on every Quorum capability. Scope is agreed before implementation so the operating outcome can be evaluated.
Example initial scope
A first pilot might combine the corporate foundation with a complete owner-meeting workflow and one or more controlled request workflows.
A controlled path from discovery to review.
Discovery
Review current processes, objectives, participating corporation(s), contacts and candidate workflows.
Scope
Agree capabilities, workflows, user groups, success criteria, known exclusions and schedule.
Implementation
Configure corporation data, people, rules, documents, access and the selected workflows.
Readiness
Validate required data, configuration, access, workflow preparation and operational fallback before use.
Operational Use
Use Quorum for the agreed real-world workflow with defined support and issue handling.
Review
Evaluate outcomes, defects, requirement gaps, usability findings, workarounds and next steps.
Direct implementation and product support.
Active participation in the pilot.
Technology should never be the only meeting plan.
Before a time-sensitive pilot workflow such as an AGM, Phase4 and the participating corporation should understand how the process will continue if connectivity, participant access, a device or Quorum itself becomes temporarily unavailable.
Fallback planning is part of pilot readiness—not something invented during the event.
Operational findings are classified.
Not every finding means the same thing.
Scoped with each participant.
Pilot scope and commercial terms are established with each participant based on the corporations, capabilities, implementation requirements and duration involved.
The pilot is not positioned as an unrestricted free trial, and Phase4 is not publishing conventional subscription tiers at this stage.
A pilot has an endpoint.
At the end of an agreed stage, Phase4 and the participant review the outcome and determine the appropriate next step.
